Ayala is a pharmaceutical company that develops targeted anti-cancer therapies based on genetic trials. The design includes different labs (approx. 300 m2 biology lab, chemistry lab, preparation areas, refrigerators, storage). An area of approx. 1000 m2 is planned for R&D teams, management rooms, meeting rooms, common areas, and a large cafeteria.
