The housing building project is a vertical city constructed from capsules that enable various residential units. The units are suited to students, couples, and families, at sizes of 40 m2, 80 m2, and 120 m2. The passageways include vertical movement and open floor-wide passages that look out onto communal spaces. Each floor has a conference room and communal workspace for the floor, and balconies. The ground floor houses the general functions, including a library/cafeteria, gym, and the complex’s management unit, designed for 200 beds.
