The project delivers an upgrade of the above-ground public gathering areas, with the addition of huge multimedia setups on the square’s margins, without interfering with its functioning. A dynamic system of "markings" in the ground outlines traffic directions and connects the square’s elements, including the statue of Tumarkin and superstructures that connect to the underground museum that displays Rabin's heritage and work.
