The company’s headquarters in Israel are located in Airport City, spanning around 4,500 m2. The global head office dictated a change of content to the program, so a change of concept was conducted regarding the workspaces, which became shared and modern, minimalist, flexible, and transparent. The majority of the employees and some of the management moved to work in open spaces, which incorporate informal conversion spaces and open cafeterias, creating opportunities for random encounters and a sense of wellbeing.
