Urban renewal and mixed-use complex, Holon Industrial Area

The plan covers 67 dunams and presents a new structure that includes approx. 600 residential units, and approx. 250,000 m2 for employment and commerce. In addition, a system of built-up and open public spaces will be created, serving as a springboard to improve adjacent neighborhoods. The plan can be executed in stages while protecting the landowners’ rights.
